Welcome to Leybourne legal Criminal Law page. Our principal Brett Leybourne leads the firm in the Criminal Law area. His experience commenced in the NSW Police, and then trained to be Police Prosecutor at Parramatta. That experience was then expanded to become the Circuit Prosecutor on the circuit of Moree in North West NSW , extending to the Queensland border. Mr Leybourne, studied law via the Barristers Admission Board, and was admitted firstly, as a Barrister in 1996, and in 2001 , both Solicitor and Barrister with the NSW Law Society. Leybourne legal represent charged persons in the Sydney courts for various charges including Family violence, Drink drving offences , Drug related matters, and Property offences.
